We are seeking a talented Design Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will rapidly prototype new user experiences and products, iterating quickly to turn ideas into testable concepts and compelling stories. You will enhance design definitions and establish motion guidelines, prioritizing beauty, performance, accessibility, responsiveness, and usability. You will work closely with designers and engineers, collaboratively focusing on the end-user’s needs and experiences, and find innovative ways to foster the dialogue between design and engineering.

Rapidly prototype new user experiences and products.
Iterate quickly to turn ideas into testable concepts and compelling stories.
Enhance design definitions and establish motion guidelines, prioritizing beauty, performance, accessibility, responsiveness, and usability.
Work closely with designers and engineers, collaboratively focusing on the end-user’s needs and experiences.
Find innovative ways to foster the dialogue between design and engineering.

Your competencies

3+ years in design engineering including a strong portfolio.
Experience in design (layout, typography, color) and tools for collaboration (e.g., Figma).
Experience with front-end engineering and current browser APIs (e.g., React JS, Next.js, CSS/Tailwind, Vercel).
A significant drive for perfection and curiosity.

Have experience working in a similar role in an agency or consultancy environment.
