Your mission

The IT Project Manager ensures that customer expectations align with the agreed-upon scope of deliverables. The role focuses on strategic planning, operational management, and the continuous optimization of delivery processes, while also fostering the development and maintenance of long-term, sustainable customer relationships.

What you should know

Ensure delivery within agreed time, budget, and quality standards.
Plan, coordinate, and monitor all project phases through to rollout.
Select and apply suitable project management methodologies; analyze project performance and define metrics for efficiency and effectiveness.
Define go-live criteria and quality gates; proactively manage risks and issues to meet project objectives.

Create solutions, bridge delays!

Development and implementation of release strategies.
Coordinating release planning with all stakeholders.
Ensuring quality through coordinated planning and testing.
Orchestrating system tests and developing a rollout strategy.

Building and structuring high-performing, interdisciplinary teams to enhance team productivity.
Advising and training teams on best practices to improve processes, along with reorganizing delivery models for better workflow.
Fostering communication, role clarification, and knowledge sharing, as well as coaching in (agile) methodologies
Creating long-term relationships with internal and external stakeholders is maintained through transparent project reporting, including progress updates, risk assessments, and action plans.
Management of external service providers and partners, along with ensuring stakeholder involvement through clear requirements and follow-ups

Your profile

We are looking for an experienced candidate, preferably based in Czech Republic or willing to travel frequently, with strong methodical expertise and a track record in delivering large and complex projects in time and scope. We require a candidate who is fluent in English and Czech.
A solid technical understanding, conceptual strength and strong communication skills are prerequisites for this.

Technical Skills:

Strong understanding of modern software development processes
Knowledge of DevOps practices and Continuous Delivery
Understanding of cloud architectures and services
Basic knowledge of security and performance principles
Experience with common development tools and platforms

Methodical Skills:

Extensive experience with agile and traditional project management methods
Expertise in Scaled Agile Frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, etc.)
In-depth knowledge of risk and change management

Leadership Skills:

Strong ability to lead laterally
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Exceptional facilitation and negotiation abilities
Experience in coaching and team development
