Digital Implementation Strategist (f/m/d)

Permanent employee, Full-time · Hamburg, Berlin, München

What to expect
OH-SO opposite of SO-SO - we craft things that create OHs on our clients’ faces,
  • we build and ship fast
  • we are proud about our work
  • we love to deliver elegant solutions
  • we are honest (sometimes too much)
  • we are small (but our ambitions are big),
  • but with a lot of experience.

A real conversation will tell you much more about us.
In the meantime, here's what you'd be doing:

  • Advising clients
Analysing requirements and evaluating feasibility is one of our first steps. You know how to find out and write down the important things, you’re keen to validate some assumptions using your coding and prototyping skills.

  • Developing technical solutions
Defining architecture, tech stack, and system design is where things start to get interesting. You have a deep understanding of web-based technologies, including their potential challenges and what factors contribute to their success.

  • Planning projects
Estimating effort, creating roadmaps and concepts. You know how to guess, plan and iterate in real world scenarios.

  • Implementing projects
Connecting and coordination with clients and other service providers is key to our success. You possess comprehensive oversight, ensuring constant awareness of our current and target statuses.

  • Organising teams
Defining and continuously improving agile processes leads to efficiency. You thrive in collaborative, inclusive and lean-agile environments, optimising flow efficiency and iterating rapidly while leveraging DORA metrics.

Your competencies

We seem to search for a Jill of all trades, but we all know: the lines are blurry.

What we mean: We need someone who has actually done the work; just having a degree and knowing how to make a PowerPoint presentation won't cut it here.

What we’re looking for:

- Hands-on experience with software (e.g. as a developer)
- Management of development projects (e.g. as a product owner)
- Experience with agile methods and processes (e.g. as an agile coach)

This position also requires German language skills at approximately C1 level, in addition to solid English language skills.
