We're looking for strategists who are excited by brands, digital experience, and where AI is reshaping both — from positioning and product strategy to the AI-driven transformation work we now do for enterprise clients. Whether you're building your craft or already leading strategic projects end-to-end, we want to hear from you. We hire across levels — here's what each looks like at OH-SO:
Junior Strategist You're building your strategic craft. Comfortable running structured research and analysis, learning to apply strategic frameworks under senior guidance, and using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity, etc.) to speed up research and first drafts — with your output reviewed and refined before it goes further.
Intermediate Strategist (typically 2–3+ years) You own a strategic workstream end-to-end — a positioning analysis, an AI opportunity assessment, or a research and insight report — delivered independently with light oversight. You use AI autonomously for research, synthesis, and first drafts, and you exercise your own judgement on quality before anything is shared.
Senior Strategist (typically 5+ years) You lead full strategic projects from brief to final recommendation — owning the client relationship, the quality of the work, and the development of the strategists around you. You're expert across two or three disciplines (e.g. brand positioning and research, or AI transformation and digital experience) and use AI to define new ways of working, not just execute established ones.
What you bring to the table, at any level:Experience in a strategic role at an agency, consultancy, or in-house strategy team
A genuine interest in how AI is changing brand, product, and operational strategy — and the judgement to apply it well, not just talk about it
The ability to problem-solve through both creative and analytical thinking
The ability to take complex information and synthesize it into compelling argumentation and stories
Experience designing and facilitating workshops (Level-dependent)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Openness to collaborating with cross-functional teams — from designers to developers — as well as directly with clients
An enthusiasm for working with technology
A highly empathetic team-player
Fluent German (B2+) and English, written and verbal
